How does the credit system work?

You top up credits (£50, £115 or £220) and every lead we send deducts around 120 credits from your balance — so £115 is roughly 4 leads on average, £220 is around 10. Credits never expire, so unused balance sits in your account until you want more work. New tradesmen also get a +15% bonus on their first top-up.

What if a lead is bad?

Bad-lead credit refund. If a lead is a wrong number, duplicate, out of area or not a genuine job, log into your dashboard and report it within 48 hours. Once we approve it, the credits deducted for that lead are added straight back to your balance — never to your card.

Why might I get fewer leads in winter (or summer)?

Customer demand varies by trade and season — landscapers, gardeners, roofers and driveway specialists are busier in spring/summer, while heating engineers and plumbers tend to peak in winter. Because credits never expire, your balance carries through the quiet months and gets spent when demand picks back up.
